City of Bethel Community Action Grant (CAG) for community programs & events

The City's Community Action Grant lets Bethel community organizations and individuals ask the City for money for civic programs or events that improve residents' health, welfare and quality of life; the Council budgets 20% of alcohol-tax revenue for health, public safety and social services that offset alcohol's effects. Applications go through the online form and are due by the quarterly deadline — late ones are not accepted. As of the February 2026 update the program was closed for the rest of that fiscal year, so check the page or email cag@cityofbethel.net for the next cycle; City Hall 907-543-2047.
