The Assessment Department values all real property (about 8,400 parcels) and business personal property in the Borough and mails assessment notices each spring. Use the online property search to check ownership and value; file an Address Change Form so tax bills and exemption notices reach you (missing mail is not an excuse for a missed exemption).
