Borough property tax - due September 30, how to pay

Borough property taxes are due by 5:00 pm on September 30 each year (mailed payments must be postmarked by Sept 30) or penalties apply. Pay online through the Borough portal, by phone with a card at 907-228-6620 (Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm), in person at the Finance desk, 1900 First Ave, White Cliff Building, or by mail. Questions about your assessed value go to the Assessor (907-228-6640); appeals go to the Board of Equalization after the spring assessment notices.
