KIC Herring Egg Distribution (spring, at the dock)
Each spring KIC distributes herring eggs (gháax'w) to the community at the downtown dock, 1–3 p.m.: pick up at Berth 3 but enter the dock at Berth 1 and follow the line. A reusable collapsible bucket was given out in 2026. Watch the KIC Cultural Resources Facebook page for the date.
