Village Improvement Fund (VIF) Application

The Northwest Arctic Borough's Village Improvement Fund (VIF) provides funding for local village infrastructure/community projects (cities, tribes, and eligible community organizations apply). The Village Improvement Commission reviews applications; for the 2026 cycle the application deadline is October 31, 2026 at midnight, with the Commission meeting in November (the fund opens a new cycle each year).
