The Alaska Legislature keeps a Legislative Information Office in Utqiaġvik: 907-852-7111, fax 907-852-7114, 118 Bank Building (PO Box 830), Utqiaġvik, AK 99723. Staff help residents find and contact their legislators, sign up to testify by teleconference on bills, look up bill status, and use the public computer/teleconference room; LIOs are also a traditional place to pick up state forms such as paper PFD applications during the January–March filing season. Hours are weekday business hours — call ahead, the office is small.
